PAYMENTS

While Call-Track is free for probation and parole departments, probationers will incur a low monthly fee for use of the service. Additional charges may apply for services including offender notification for failure to report. Call-Track provides offenders with several payment options, including major credit cards, MoneyGram, Western Union, checks, and an Internet payment plan-making it easy for offenders to benefit from this timesaving, convenient system.

LOCATION VERIFICATION

Call-Track ensures offenders can call only from specific area codes, blocking calls and alerting probation officers of calls made to Call-Track from outside specified regions.
