DSI-ITI, LLC's Probation & Parole Management System (PPMS) provides complete case management for your county's adult and juvenile probation office or offices. Whether your county maintains separate offices for juveniles or adults or maintains only one office, the Probation & Parole Management System protects your data and the privacy of your offenders.

The Probation & Parole Management System features five primary modules: Offender Case Management, Home Monitoring Module, Chronological Case Notes, Fines & Costs, and Community Service. Each module maintains comprehensive offender information and automates reporting to reduce the amount of time you spend on paperwork. An additional Digital Imaging module can be used to attach digital mug shots to records to help authenticate information.

The Probation & Parole Management System is perfect for stand-alone offices, yet it can be used in conjunction with Criminal Information Management System (CIMS) to provide seamless integration and data sharing throughout a county's criminal justice system.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

The Community Service module manages an offender's community service information as service hours are completed. The module tracks the offender's total hours and automatically calculates hours remaining each time newly completed hours are recorded. In addition, comprehensive worksite and contact information is maintained for each community service assignment.

CHRONOLOGICAL CASE NOTES

The Probation & Parole Management System automatically adds entries to the Chronological Case Note File. This file allows users to view all important additions, changes, and deletions at a glance. Additionally, each entry is marked with date/time and user ID to enforce user accountability.

HOME MONITORING

The Probation & Parole Management System's Home Monitoring Module works in connection with a third-party home monitoring provider. The Home Monitoring module in the Probation & Parole Management System maintains all pertinent offender information: equipment issued, schedules, and payment of fees.

FINES & COSTS

The Probation & Parole Management System is compatible with DSI-ITI, LLC.'s Fines & Costs system, putting the power of offender fine, restitution, and fee collection at your fingertips. Fines & Costs is a full-featured accounting package that can automate the entire collection process: prints checks, prints payment books, and manages multiple offender payment plans.
