From intake to release, information on all aspects of an inmate’s incarceration are maintained - including initial intake, charges, sentencing, property, housing, medical, meal planning, scheduling, and temporary release to name a few. For increased security, this system utilizes digital biometrics to positively identify inmates, increasing accuracy in inmate movement, housing, release, etc. Plus, built-in reports interfaces with Business Objects Crystal Reports make accurate reporting easy.

Inmate Phones
Through superior engineering, we have built a system that does so much more than simply permit an inmate to make phone calls. Our system was designed to integrate directly into your existing network, giving anyone with the appropriate authorization the ability to access the application from the comfort of their own office. In fact, our phone systems can be networked together to support a complex of facilities across an entire country. The system can even be accessed through a secure Internet connection, should you choose to do so.

Call IQ
Call IQ is a system that uses state-of-the-art speech recognition technology, capable of language models with a vocabulary of over 64,000 street words.
