	Technology Incentive Program T.I.P. is a new program where prequalified facilities can obtain technology solutions as part of their inmate phone contract. The Technology Incentive Program has been introduced throughout the United States and numerous facilities have benefited from receiving various technology incentives at no additional cost. If your county needs new technology systems but doesn’t have money in the budget to pay for it, then a T.I.P. might be just what you need! indicates a T.I.P. eligible product.
