20 Years of User Group!
This years User Group is being held September 15, 2008– September 18, 2008
at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona PA.
Offender Management, Offender Communication, Probation and Parole - will all be held at one time allowing customers to talk with individuals from all sectors of the correctional industry.
The DSI/ITI staff is planning helpful break-out sessions, informative seminars, change request forums
and fun-filled events.

Directions To The Convention Center:
FROM PITTSBURGH & WEST
Route 22 East and Route 220/I-99 North. Take the Plank Road Exit. Turn right, going south on Plank Road. Continue for approximately half a mile. Make a left onto Convention Center Boulevard. At the first stop light, make a left onto Convention Center Drive.
FROM HARRISBURG & PHILADELPHIA
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Bedford (Exit 11). Take 1-99 North to Altoona. Take the Plank Road Exit. Turn right, going south on Plank Road. Continue for approximately half a mile. Make a left onto Convention Center Boulevard. At the first stop light, make a left onto Convention Center Drive.
FROM POINTS NORTHEAST
Take Route 81 South to Route 80 West at Bellefonte. Take US 220 South. Continue on US 220 South until it meets I-99 at Bald Eagle. Take I-99 South to Altoona. Take the Plank Road Exit. Turn left, going south on Plank Road. Continue for approximately half a mile. Make a left onto Convention Center Boulevard. At the first stop light, make a left onto Convention Center Drive.
FROM WASHINGTON D.C. & BALTIMORE
Take Interstate 495 (Washington Beltway) or Interstate 695 (Baltimore Beltway) to Interstate 270 North. Take Interstate 270 North. Take Interstate 70 West to Breezewood. Take the PA Turnpike(Interstate 76/70) West to Bedford (Exit 11). Take 1-99 North to Altoona. Take the Plank Road Exit. Turn right, going south on Plank Road. Continue for approximately half a mile. Take Curryville Road toward PA-36. Take PA-36 to I-99 North. Take the Plank Road Exit. Turn right, going south on Plank Road. Continue for approximately half a mile. Make a left onto Convention Center Boulevard. At the first stop light, make a left onto Convention Center Drive.
FROM STATE COLLEGE AIRPORT
Follow Fox Hill/Fox Hollow Road to Park Avenue. Turn Left onto Park Avenue. Merge onto US- 322 W. Take the US-220 South/US-322 West Exit towards Philipsburg. Merge onto US-220. Turn left onto I-99 South. Take the Plank Road Exit. Turn left, going south on Plank Road. Continue for approximately half a mile. Make a left onto Convention Center Boulevard.
