As President and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated, Anthony Bambocci directs a staff of over 120 employees. In his role as Chief of Business Development he oversees all national sales, marketing, and research activities.

Mr. Bambocci is a 1982 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Saint Francis University with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. Mr. Bambocci, along with his partner, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer James Faith, started Digital Solutions Incorporated in 1984 and Inmate Telephone Incorporated in 1994.

Mr. Bambocci has received numerous awards for his personal ingenuity and dedication to the Altoona/Blair County, Pennsylvania community. Acknowledgements include 2002 Central Pennsylvania Small Business Person of the Year, 2003 Western Pennsylvania Small Business Person of the Year, 2004 PA Business Central Top 100 Business Persons, and 2004 Small Business Association District Director Choice Award Winner. Mr. Bambocci is a member of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Business Advisory Council and a board member for SKILLS of Pennsylvania. He has been a guest lecturer at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Penn State University and at various other business events across the country.

As Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated, James Faith directs and oversees all business services and human resources activities. Along with President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Anthony Bambocci, Mr. Faith founded Digital Solutions Incorporated in 1984 as well as its sister company Inmate Telephone Incorporated in 1994.

Mr. Faith studied electrical engineering at The Pennsylvania State University. Before becoming involved in the corrections field, he was employed in the family vending business as well as providing various other local technology services within the local Altoona/Blair County Pennsylvania area.

Mr. Faith was instrumental in the design of various software packages including the Inmate Telephone System for Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone. Mr. Faith was also involved in the production of the Jailhouse Management System, which was beta tested at the Blair County Prison in 1986. He was also vital in the creation of the probation and parole software system and the subsequent creation of a second sister company, Corrections Development International, which has since been sold externally. Along with his work in development, product installations and support, Mr. Faith has been central to the expansion of the company in the last 25 years and in the creation and growth of the company’s annual User Group.

In the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), James is dedicated to providing the best client experience possible utilizing seamless delivery and support of DSI/ITI solutions. He works to ensure the smooth daily operations of the company in order to guarantee a positive end-to-end customer experience. James is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including product vision and support; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual strategic goal management.

Mr. Rokosky has been with Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated since 1998 and has held a variety of positions including Director of Jail Software Development, Chief Software Architect, and Chief of Product Development. After proudly serving in the active US Army, James continued his military commitment in the Army Reserves in Telephone and Switchboard Maintenance, while working to earn his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Monmouth University. As a result of his educational and professional background, James is in a unique position to guide a rapidly growing product development staff as it continues to create leading solutions for the corrections industry.
