Anthony Pellegrino has been with the company for over 15 years as the National Account Executive and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. Overall, Mr. Pellegrino has accrued 20 impressive years of computer related experience. He is responsible for the supervision of sales-related issues for the Northeastern United States and provides direct input into current and future marketing plans and sales strategies. Mr. Pellegrino’s territory covers the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, and West Virginia.
Mr. Pellegrino fosters and effectively sustains client relationships in various ways. With over 15 years of correctional experience, he stays knowledgeable on the ever-changing correctional environment by attending trade shows and conferences; continuously visits new and existing accounts; and stays abreast of issues through correctional trade journals. His extensive knowledge and experience enables him to discuss correctional issues and how particular applications can resolve these concerns. As a result, that strategy has been, and continues to be, the largest contributing factor to Mr. Pellegrino’s ability to maintain progressive and successful client relationships while simultaneously solidifying new relationships. |
BRYAN MOSES – Northeast Sales Associate |

Bryan Moses is the North East Sales Associate, supporting the National Account Executive by cultivating and maintaining current and new customer relationships. He provides a necessary point of contact for customers while Account Executives are occasionally unreachable (many travel more than 50% of their time). Mr. Moses supports sales initiatives in Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, and West Virginia.
Mr. Moses spent six years serving in the US Navy. He spent four of those years aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) as a Nuclear Power Plant Operator and supervised a 25 person “work center”. He traveled extensively living in eight different states and was able to see four foreign countries. Mr. Moses then attended The Pennsylvania State University, obtaining his Bachelors degree in Management and Marketing. His areas of study included Business Law, Customer Service, Finance, and Mathematics.
Mr. Moses firmly believes that the best way to do business is to become an advocate for his customers. He believes that every customer is his family and as such, they deserve the utmost attention and respect. This customer-centric attitude is how he strives to “Improve Your Experience”. |
DENNIS FETZER – Southeast Region Sales Manager

Dennis Fetzer has been in the Corrections Market for over 20 years. His first exposure to the corrections field occurred in 1984 as a Technical Sergeant (E-6) in the United States Air Force, assigned as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Lackland Air Force Base Detention Center in San Antonio, Texas. He is also very familiar with administration within correctional facilities, having served as the Deputy Warden of the Centre County Correctional Facility for eight years. Mr. Fetzer also has a degree in Criminal Justice from East Los Angeles Community College.
Mr. Fetzer is responsible for the supervision of sales-related issues concerning the southeastern United States, including the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He also provides direct input into current as well as future marketing plans. Mr. Fetzer fosters and sustains a client relationship in numerous ways, by focusing on current events and trends in the industry; by staying abreast with emerging technologies; by continuously getting involved in various Florida based correctional associations; and by attending trade shows and conferences. His knowledge and experience allow him to pursue and maintain progressive, effective client relationships. Mr. Fetzer is also active participant of the DSI / ITI Blog. With his many years of training and on-the-job training, Dennis provides insightful theories on a variety of correctional new articles.

KYLIE STEINBUGL– Southeast Sales Associate |

Kylie Steinbugl is the Southeast Sales Associate for Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated. Her position connects the Florida branch office to the Main Office, in Altoona, Pennsylvania. She is responsible for organizing all activities within the Southeast territory, which includes: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Her primary roles involve supporting the Southeast Sales Manager, as well as working closely with the Marketing Department to build brand recognition throughout the Southeast territory.
Ms. Steinbugl began working for the company as a Marketing Research Analyst in 2006. After nine months of becoming familiar with the corrections technology industry, she became the Sales Associate for the Southeast. She actively involves herself in building customer relationships and strives to always “Improve the Customer’s Experience!” |
ADAM MERCER – Southeast Corrections Technology Manager

In the role of Southeast Corrections Technology Manager, Mr. Mercer works with internal and external teams to ensure that the needs of our current and potential customers are being met through Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone’s advanced technologies and services. He works primarily in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Mr. Mercer has worked in the corrections industry for over nine years. Coupled with a degree in Computer Information Systems, Mr. Mercer is very familiar with the technology and software market. In that time he has worked in, managed, or in some way been affiliated with areas such as Product Development, Database Administration, Account Management, Prepaid Services, Sales, and Technical Customer Support. He has supported accounts nationally, though most recently his efforts have been concentrated on the Southeast region of the United States.
Mr. Mercer believes that his role is to work closely with the customer to understand their needs, how those needs compare to the existing technologies in use by each customer, and how DSI/ITI can provide solutions to fill those gaps today and into the future. |
CHAD GARDNER - Central Regional Sales Manager |

Chad Gardner has been in the Corrections Market for over five years and has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is responsible for the supervision of sales-related issues concerning the upper Midwest/Great Lakes Region, performing and executing all sales functions for the states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Mr. Gardner cultivates marketing leads into new relationships and new sales accounts. Additionally, he provides direct input into current as well as future marketing plans for the territory.
Mr. Gardner fosters and sustains client relationships in numerous ways, by focusing on current events and trends in the industry; staying in touch with emerging technologies; continuously becoming involved with various issues and challenges facing clients; and attending pertinent trade shows and conferences. His knowledge and experience allow him to pursue and maintain solutions-based, long-term client relationships. |
ANDREW BAGLEY – Central Sales Associate |

Andrew Bagley serves as the Sales Associate in Central Region, with the core objective of increasing market penetration within the states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. His duties include generating and qualifying leads through prospecting, ongoing market research, nurturing current customers and making initial contacts with prospective facilities. Other responsibilities include formulating plans to generate new business, creating marketing campaigns for the territory, surveying clientele to assure customer satisfaction, and assisting in proposal preparation.
Mr. Bagley began working at DSI/ITI as a Market Analyst intern in August of 2006, researching and studying industry trends. In January of 2007, after graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing he began working full time as the Sales Associate for the Great Lakes territory. Mr. Bagley believes that customer satisfaction paves the pathway to success. By developing strong relationships and helping customers realize their facility’s full potential in maximizing the use of DSI/ITI applications, he works to Improve the Experience of all of us current and future customers. |
CORBY KENTER – South Central Regional Sales Manager |

Corby Kenter has been in the corrections industry for over eight years. He is responsible for the oversight on sales-related issues concerning the states of Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas. He also provides direct input into current as well as future marketing plans and cultivates new leads into potential customers.
Mr. Kenter fosters and sustains client relationships in numerous ways, by focusing on current events and trends in the industry, by staying abreast with emerging technologies and by being actively involved in various correctional associations such as the Louisiana Sheriff’s Association, the Texas Jail Association and the Texas Sheriff’s Association. Coupled with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce, his knowledge and experience within the Southwest correctional market allow him to pursue and maintain progressive client relationships with a multitude of facilities. |
THOMAS J. GIBNEY – South Central Sales Associate |

Thomas Gibney is the South Central Sales Associate for Digital Solutions / Inmate Telephone Incorporated. He acts as the liaison between the Texas branch office and the corporate office in Altoona, Pennsylvania, working very closely with the Regional Sales Manager. His territory includes Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana.
Mr. Gibney’s role within the organization is to generate product sales by initiating the overall sales process beginning with making preliminary contact with potential customers. He assists every step of the way until the contract is signed, the project is complete and Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone can celebrate another happy customer. Mr. Gibney then works diligently with the Regional Sales Manager to maintain a successful working relationship with the account, assuring complete customer satisfaction with the application.
Mr. Gibney first began working with Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated three years ago gathering market intelligence on the correctional industry and quickly became the Director of Marketing Research with a team of hard-working researchers beneath him. After a year in this position, he advanced to the Sales Associate for the South Central Region. Mr. Gibney attended Saint Francis University where he was awarded a bachelors degree and has also attended Dale Carnegie Sales Training. Mr. Gibney’s philosophy reflects that of the company, to go above and beyond the call of duty to improve the overall experience of our customers and ensure their happiness with DSI/ITI products. |
THOMAS J. DONAHUE – Western Regional Sales Manager |

Thomas J. Donahue is a National Corrections Consultant and a former Corrections Warden and Jail Administrator in the states of Washington and Montana. His expertise includes assisting adult prisons and jails to move out of a paper system and utilizing a computer software electronic application meeting NCCHC and ACA correctional professional standards. As National Business Development Executive, Mr. Donahue is responsible for the supervision of sales-related functions and issues concerning the Western Region, including the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Mr. Donahue cultivates marketing leads into new relationships and new sales accounts. Additionally, he provides direct input into current as well as future marketing plans for his territory. Mr. Donahue fosters and sustains client relationships in several ways: he focuses on current events and trends in the industry; he stays abreast with emerging technologies; he is continuously involved with and educated on various issues and challenges facing his clients; and he actively attends trade shows and conferences. Mr. Donahue has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Montana and has done graduate work in Correctional Leadership at Montana State University. His knowledge and experience allow him to pursue and maintain solution-based, long-term client relationships.

Nelson High has been in the corrections industry for approximately three years and he brings with him an impressive 20 years experience in customer service and sales. This experience allows him to develop and maintain solid working relationships with his customers, appreciating the importance of understanding them and their unique needs. He values his customers and spends a considerable amount of time learning the industry and the facilities within it. Mr. High is responsible for the supervision of sales-related issues concerning the Midwest region, serving the states of Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma and South Dakota. He is also responsible for developing new business and sustaining current customers. Mr. High is currently involved with various correctional associations including the Oklahoma Sheriff’s Association and the Arkansas Sheriff’s Association.
Nelson attended The Pennsylvania State University where he studied Business Administration. He also served for ten years in the United States Air Force where he attended the Air Force Community College and graduated from the Air Force’s Non-Commissioned Officer’s Leadership Academy. This education combined with his many years in customer service, provides his clients with a satisfying and rewarding experience.

MARK L. BODENSCHATZ – National Business Development Manager |

Mark Bodenschatz has been in the Corrections Market for over seven years. Mr. Bodenschatz is responsible for the supervision of sales-related issues concerning partnership development, proposal response development, and product demonstrations. He develops relationships with other vendors so that Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated can provide the best product offerings to our customer base. Through vendor relationships, Mr. Bodenschatz is able to ensure that we meet the unique requirements of every customer and often offer products that will compliment their needs. Additionally, he provides direct input into current as well as future marketing plans for the division and also assists with sales initiatives in the state of Utah.
Mr. Bodenschatz fosters and sustains partner relationship in numerous ways: by focusing on current events and trends in the industry, by staying abreast with emerging technologies, by continually being aware of the various issues and challenges facing the clients, and by attending trade shows and other various industry conferences. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Francis University. DAVID DUNIO – Business Development Manager |

David Dunio has been with the company for over eight years, starting out as an Account Executive and working up to his current position as Business Development Manager. Overall, Mr. Dunio has more than twenty years of sales experience in both the private and government sectors. He is currently responsible for the supervision of sales-related issues for Digital Solution’s Probation and Parole platform, located in facilities throughout the United States. He also handles select Jail and Phone accounts from Pennsylvania to Florida. Mr. Dunio pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona while serving in the United States Air Force for four years in an Administration Management position.
Mr. Dunio oversees trade show budgetary issues and also coordinates purchasing for the sales department. He develops new client relationships and maintains current customers by staying knowledgeable on the ever-changing correctional environment, by attending trade shows and various other industry conferences, by continuously visiting new and existing accounts and by staying abreast of issues through correctional trade journals. His experience and ability to bond and build a rapport with clients provides him with a significant edge in the field. As a result, that strategy has been, and continues to be, the largest contributing factor to Mr. Dunio’s ability to maintain progressive, successful client relationships while simultaneously solidifying new relationships. |
EDWARD GARLENA – Community Corrections Application Specialist |

Edward Garlena has been in the Corrections Market for over six years. Mr. Garlena came to Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated with a certification as an Authorized Microsoft Instructor, which he did for seven years. He is currently working with the Adult Probation facilities in Pennsylvania, installing systems and training staff that are involved in the daily facility operations. Mr. Garlena also installs and supports the company’s Call-Track customers.
Mr. Garlena maintains a close client relationship with each facility as he handles the future training needs of Adult Probation. He works closely with counties ensuring that the day-to-day operations and required year-end reports for the state are completed. Mr. Garlena has a strong understanding of the corrections industry and the needs of facilities as he focuses on current events and keeps his eye on trends in probation and phone reporting. He has assisted with on-site training for many large facilities. Mr. Garlena has also written many custom reports for Adult Probation clients to help officers gather crucial data on their offenders. |
COREY MURPHY – Pre-Sales Engineer |

Corey Murphy brings more than ten years of experience in the Information Technology field to Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated. In this position, Mr. Murphy is responsible for matching customers with the products that will most closely match their needs, bringing a great deal of technical expertise to compliment the Business Development Department.
In previous positions with the company, Mr. Murphy has worked as both a Service Technician and Quality Assurance Technician, enjoying a variety of technical responsibilities. His background also includes work as a Network Administrator, Technical Instructor and Project Manager. His educational background includes attending The Pennsylvania State University for work in Computer Science and coursework in both Microcomputers and Criminal Justice. |
THOMAS BRENCE – Director of Marketing |

Thomas Brence has been an employee of Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated since September 2004. He has worked as an intern, associate, and director for the marketing department. In his current position as the Director of
Marketing, Mr. Brence has lead an effort to rebrand the company, conduct massive amounts of market research, and reorganize all marketing efforts around the premise that technology is the solution to problems facing the corrections industry today.
Mr. Brence is a 2006 graduate of Saint Francis University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing graduating Cum Laude. He soon returned to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2008 from the same university. In his academic tenure, he made the Dean’s List multiple times, was a recipient of the Who’s Who Among American College Students honors, and was awarded by the university for his strategic analysis in management.
As the Director of Marketing, Mr. Brence leads a team whose goal is to improve the customer’s experience, acquire new business opportunities, and brand and position Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone as the thought leader of corrections technology.
