STEVEN WESTRICK - Chief Information Officer |

Steven Westrick, Chief Information Officer, has worked with Digital Solutions Incorporated. Since the incorporation of Inmate Telephone, he has been credited with the direction of our rapidly growing software development company and the information management strategy.
Mr. Westrick has a Bachelor of Science in Math with minors in Computer Science and Physics from Saint Francis University. Previously, he directed the software development and service departments for Digital Solutions until those duties were transitioned over to other departments. He is currently involved in the design, installation and administration of LAN/WAN systems both internally and for more complex clients. He also performs top-level software and hardware diagnostics and other day-to-day business operations.
Mr. Westrick’s responsibility is to govern his department in the ordering of all communication lines and their configurations. He also manages all vendor orders for equipment ensuring that all needed hardware arrives in a timely manner to Inmate Telephone Incorporated for proper configuration, testing, and validation.

| JEFF BROWN - Team Lead for Application Specialist Group |

Jeff Brown has more than three years of experience with Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated. He currently is the Team Lead for the Application Specialist Group, and is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s software implementations and training engagements. He manages the Master Resource Schedule for the company, is a key person for resolving installation issues, helps set the direction for our implementation process as well as acceptance testing methodologies.
Mr. Brown has been involved on many of our large scale deployments and those involving the introduction of our newest technologies to facilities across the country. Previous to coming to DSI/ITI, Mr. Brown held numerous positions working with service and support for various technology companies. He has studied Electrical Engineering at Saint Francis University and was certified in Basic Electronics in the United States Navy.

| BREANNE RODGERS – Support Services Analyst |

As a Support Services Analyst, Breanne Rodgers evaluates and designs Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provides regular reports on department metrics, audits SOP compliance and troubleshoots inefficiency, acts as a liaison to the Product Development Department, and provides maintenance to software support.
Ms. Rodgers began working at Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone Incorporated in 2002 as a Software Engineer, helping to design the Evolution OMS Accounting module. When a need arose for a Software Engineer to be a permanent part of the Support Department in the Product Services division, Ms. Rodgers took the position bringing both development and accounting knowledge to the department. Additionally, she provides metrics for various departments in the company and presents analysis of these metrics during quarterly departmental meetings.
Ms. Rodgers works closely with the Support Technicians to help provide the best customer service possible to customers. Internally, she generates timely statistical reports in order to provide various levels of management with data needed to make well-informed decisions. She has a dual degree in Computer Science and Business Administration with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

| VANESSA WEAKLAND – Software Support Team Lead |

As Software Support Department Team Lead, Vanessa Weakland is responsible for complete customer satisfaction by ensuring her team resolves all client issues in a timely manner. She is also responsible for overseeing all upgrades to future versions of Digital Solutions Incorporated products and for overseeing the scheduling of patches that need applied as well as any interface software that needs to be installed at facilities. Prior to becoming the Team Lead for the support department Ms. Weakland spent over five years as a support department technician, where she learned all facets of all DSI software applications.
Ms. Weakland comes to Digital Solutions and Inmate Telephone from the Computer Learning Network; where she was awarded a degree as a Microcomputer Specialist. She previously worked in the Support Department for Sheetz Convenience Stores; where she was responsible for supporting the software for all store locations.
Ms. Weakland is dedicated to improving the customer experience each and every time the customer contacts the support department. Her entire team is focused on following this motto, so that each customer is completely satisfied with every issue that is resolved by the Digital Solutions support staff.
