WorkFlow

This feature guides the user through their day to day tasks.  The administrator can set up tasks that need to be completed on the global, group, or individual level. Workflow also allows the administrator to monitor which tasks are being completed at a given time leading to a more efficient facility.       

 

Booking Wizard

This system allows the facility to reach outside data sources to find existing data on an offender.  By default the system will utilize existing inmate information stored by our inmate management system to determine if the offender has ever been booked into it before.  Once the data is gathered, it is organized and populated throughout the system so that the user does not have to reenter the same information.  The booking wizard saves time and allows the user to be more efficient. Scheduling

Scheduling is a central component of the system and also serves as a warehouse that automatically collects date related information from other modules saving time and energy from the facility’s staff. You have the ability to schedule events for the facility, housing areas or individual inmates for a day, range of specific days, range of weeks, year or even as a recurring event.  All aspects of an inmate’s daily routine are captured and tracked from:

Incident Reporting

This will allow you to track information related to internal facility incidents and inmate disciplinary process. The system will track the incident location, staff involvement and inmate involvement. Automated Sick Call

Inmates will be required to answer a series of facility-defined questions which are reviewed by medical staff for appropriate disposition and scheduling.  This will allow the medical staff to ensure privacy, accuracy, and limited liability.  Automated sick call will also show a record of the sick call in the event that a particular incident may need to be reviewed.

Medical Administrative Record (MAR)

The MAR portion of the system automates the distribution of medications via handheld portable data collection device. Drug passes are downloaded, information is gathered at pass, and files are updated which provides the facility with accurate records limiting your liability in the event of an incident.

Special Diet/Meal Count

This allows medical staff to assign special diets to an inmate and notify food service personnel of the number and type of meals per housing area. A history of inmate acceptance and rejection of all meals is maintained allowing for a more efficient and accurate meal count.

 

Biometrics

This biometrics uses the latest in fingerprint scanning technology to provide an easy method of capturing prints, verifying identity and performing searches against previously captured fingerprints. Our jail management system only needs an offender to enroll one or two fingerprints during the intake process. By incorporating biometrics into the system, you can restore valuable information about an inmate from a previous incarceration with a scan of the fingerprint and automatically searching for matches in the history files.  In addition, the same biometric technology can be used at the time of release to verify that the inmate you are about to release is the correct person helping to protect you and your community.
