Ed
Adams has been with DSI-ITI, LLC. since 2003, acting as the company’s
first Interface Designer, followed by his current position of
Interface Design Team Lead. During his tenure with the company,
Mr. Adams has also served as the Quality Assurance and Technical
Writing Team Lead and more recently has taken on the role of leading
the company’s Business Analysts.
Mr. Adams and his Interface
Design and Business Analysis team are responsible for ensuring
that DSI-ITI, LLC.'s products meet the needs of customers through
proper analysis, planning, conceptualization, design and implementation.
By following a detailed approach to design; including requirements
gathering, prototype creation, specification creation, and usability
testing, his team is continually enhancing the software, thereby
offering criminal justice facilities the latest in technology
and innovation. Mr. Adams has been involved with the analysis,
design and project management work on the company’s Evolution
products since their inception, and subsequently has a great deal
of experience dealing with large scale facilities.
Mr. Adams was awarded
a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Pennsylvania State
University and has completed graduate coursework in Instructional
Systems Technology there as well. Prior to joining DSI-ITI, LLC.,
Mr. Adams acquired several years of experience working as a designer
and project manager on numerous software projects, including several
large-scale projects for a Fortune 500 company. In his previous
positions, he gained valuable experience with ID and Project Management
processes and procedures that he has been able to incorporate
into DSI-ITI, LLC.'s environment. |
