As
Team Lead on the Offender Management System Evolution (OMSe) product,
Tim Lee is responsible for the software development and maintenance
of the application. He oversees the product throughout every step
in the software development life cycle. He is very involved
in the deployment of the application and works very closely
with the Professional Services Group and all OMSe customers to
make sure the installation of the product is successful. Outside
of managing the OMSe product, Mr. Lee is responsible for supervising
numerous software engineers at Digital Solutions, responsible
for their tasking, professional development and yearly performance
evaluations.
Mr.
Lee has eleven years of software development experience, four
of which are within the corrections industry. Prior to becoming
a Team Lead, he was a lead software engineer on the Evolution
application. Mr. Lee played a key role in the design, development
and testing on many of the major modules in the application. He
has also been responsible for mentoring numerous entry level engineers
throughout his career with the company. Prior to his career with
DSI-ITI, LLC., Mr. Lee worked as a software engineer that developed
online business simulations and also developed software for numerous
applications in the defense industry for Raytheon Systems.
